A business internet connection carries far more than web browsing. Point-of-sale terminals, card processing, reservation systems, cloud phone lines, security cameras, guest Wi-Fi and back-office tools all share the same pipe. When that pipe is undersized or unmanaged, the symptoms show up as declined cards, dropped calls and guests complaining at the front desk — long before anyone calls it an outage.
We start with a site assessment: floor plan, endpoint count, peak concurrency and the systems that genuinely cannot fail. From there we recommend a symmetrical or asymmetrical circuit with the right upload capacity, static IP addressing where servers or cameras require it, and a failover path for revenue-critical locations.
Every install is documented and handed over with a clear description of what was provisioned, how it is monitored and who to contact when something changes. Service is provided to commercial and business addresses in the United States only.

How much internet speed does a business need?+
It depends on concurrent devices and workload rather than headcount. A 40-room motel with guest Wi-Fi, streaming, cameras and a cloud phone system has very different upload needs than a six-person accounting office. We size the circuit after a short site assessment.
Is business internet different from a residential plan?+
Yes. Commercial service is contracted with defined support terms, business-hours and after-hours escalation, static addressing where required and capacity written for shared, high-density use. We provision commercial addresses only.
Can you install at multiple business locations?+
Yes. Multi-site operators are handled under a single agreement with consistent configuration across each location.
